Carolee Vizina, Client Administration

Client Administration

Carolee Vizina has worked in Accounting for over 20 years, joining Star Protection Agency in administration to support corporate management, operations, field services and clients. Carolee is an integral member of the team serving as the Accounting Client liaison ensuring timely and accurate accounting for clients’ invoicing. In addition to client accounting, Carolee serves as payroll administrator for Star Protection Agency, ensuring accurate payment of wages to field personnel. She works closely with HR ensuring effective onboarding of new employees and offboarding of transitioning employees, as well as monitoring payroll deductions and tracking PTO and sick leave. Prior to joining Star Protection Agency, Carolee held various positions of increasing responsibility with a variety of companies, including HR Coordinator for Pearson where she managed employee records and payroll for over 250 employees; oversaw client/vendor invoicing and payroll for Information Development; and supported recruiting, as well as onboarding and offboarding as Staffing Specialist for Chines Corporation for Hewlett Packard. Carolee also served as Executive Administrative Assistant for Schlumberger Network Solutions where she was responsible for supervising and training the administrative staff. Carolee has extensive technical experience with numerous software programs including Oracle HR Database, ADP, QuickBooks, Peachtree, and MS Office. Her technical skills coupled with her strong organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills enables Carolee to meet the needs of Star Protection Agency and their customers.

Carolee is a native Texan and attended Lonestar Community College and Sam Houston University where she studied Business Administration.
